What We Produce
We believe in raising and harvesting humanely and chemical free. Here is some of what we produce here at Sweet Clover Farm.
EGGS - $6/dozen
I raise very hardy chickens. They free range and lay beautiful eggs. I supply extra feed if they need that is an organic grain mix with no corn no soy. No commercial feed on our farm and no GMO’s. It has been noted that true free range eggs have 4 times the nutrition.

Vegetables
I am growing many vegetables in organic rich soil. I make my own compost and do not bring any chemicals to my farm. Check to see what’s available!
Ready in June
Kale
Sugar snap peas
Lettuce
Rainbow Swiss chard
Coming late June

And more!

Pasture Pork
I raise purebred blonde Mangalitsa. This is a old heritage breed from Hungary. This pork is delicious and is known for the most amazing bacon. Mangalitsa is actually known as the “Kobe beef of pork”- its that good. It is a marbled red meat that is a top choice among the finest restaurants. Come out to the farm, see where they are raised, and buy what you would like. Or arrange a meeting to buy at a farm drop off site in the twin cities.

Natural Lard Soap - $8/bar
I make it myself. One small batch at a time. I use lard I render from the pigs I raise, avocado oil for extra lather, and essential oils. It’s so wonderful you will thank yourself.
